Waterproof Lab EPDM System is superior to all other waterproofing methods. We are especially grateful that our EPDM is “factory-cured”, which means that the EPDM membrane layer and any liquid waterproofing are manufactured entirely in our factory. This is because it is less likely that anything will go wrong with our factory-cured EPDM.
The weather must be perfect for Liquid Waterproofing to work. Our EPDM membrane is completely different. The EPDM membrane that our contractor will be receiving is quickly examined, tested and seamed. It can also be installed easily and without risk. The EPDM membrane is factory approved and tested so that the roof will not get unwanted pinholes or dust spots like the liquid coating.
A single EPDM membrane measures 30m in length and 6m in width. This means that there are fewer seams than needed. Our rolls are much longer than torch-on systems which have rolls approximately 10m in length and 1m wide. They seal 180m2 with virtually no seams, compared to torch-on systems which include rolls about 10m long and 1m wide.
Waterproof Lab’s factory-cured EPDM is able to achieve a staggering elongation rate of over 300% and has the ability to return to normal. The membrane is lightweight at 1.35kg and requires no torch-on, special tools or other special tools.
Waterproof Lab EPDM is fire-resistant, durable, and eco-friendly, especially for green roofs. It also comes with a 20-year warranty. EPDM is also low-maintenance, so you won’t have to paint or apply any protective coatings over the years it covers your roof.
